Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year

CAD Technician | £60,000 – £66,000+ package | London | Fit Out & Interiors | Permanent

We are looking for at least one, possibly 2, maybe even 3 CAD Technicians to join arguably one of London’s largest D&B fit-out contractors.

Things have never been busier in the world of commercial workplace fit-out and with an ever-growing portfolio of work, this contractor needs to bring a number of CAD Technicians on to provide design solutions, assist in the overall management of the overall design solution and take responsibility for architectural and CAD systems as part of a team.

CAD Technician – key responsibilities:

• Assess project design requirements and provide solutions in line with company standards
• Work closely in conjunction with the project team
• Continuously monitor and improve Design and CAD systems
• Produce detail design drawings
• Ensure all drawings comply with UK Building Control Regulations
• Undertake full site surveys
• Liaise with Design and Technical team to ensure all client changes are reflected in the drawings

CAD Technician – qualifications, skills and experience:

• in commercial office interiors
• AutoCAD proficiency
• High level of selfmotivation and drive
• Microsoft Office suite proficient
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
