CAD Technician

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for a 2D CAD Technician for a busy manufacturing company based in Brighouse (HD6).

This is a temporary to permanent role, and an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established, expanding company.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
– Produce & amend 2D assembly drawings
– Create detailed drawings to enable the manufacture of sheet metalwork parts.
– Ensure consistent documentation of project files.
– Liaise with customers on the telephone & via email
Required Skills/Qualifications:
– Must have 2D CAD experience
– Previous experience within the engineering/manufacturing industry would be a significant advantage
– Excellent accuracy & attention to detail
– Methodical & structured approach to tasks
– Excellent polite and friendly telephone manner
– Able to produce professional & grammatically correct correspondence

Hours:

– Monday to Thursday, 07.45am-17.00pm.

– Friday, 07.45am-13.45pm

Salary:

– Starting at £26,000 per year but potentially negotiable depending on level of experience
