Would you like to play an integral role in a growing architectural practise in Ilford? An opportunity is available for a CAD Technician for our client who are a specialist architectural practice offering a range of services to customers across Greater London. With expertise across the Residential sector, the successful individual would be a CAD Technician working on a range of residential projects in a role that offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a practise where responsibility and stability will be on offer to the successful individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of detailed working drawings
• Liaising with team members and clients
• Working to develop structural designs to further develop project designs

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in producing working drawings for the Residential sector
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
• Structural CAD design would be advantageous
• A good working attitude with the ability to work well within a team
