Salary: £28,800 – £32,400 per year
Our client specialises in outdoor projects with a specific focus on the design and supply of swim spas, hot tubs, outdoor kitchens and outdoor buildings.
They are involved in mid and high-end residential projects creating a great social space for entertaining family and guests and they offer a wealth of knowledge and expertise from pure fitting to full garden and landscape design.
Based in Essex, but inside the M25, they are expanding their design team and are currently looking for an experienced CAD Designer with preferably a background that includes architecture, landscape or garden design.
Skills and Experience sought for the CAD Designer:
* 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the UK
* Able to prepare detailed CAD drawings (plans, elevations, scaled details, cross sections) and presentation boards for project meetings
* Software skills required are Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD 2D
* SketchUp and V-Ray skills would be a bonus
