Mep CAD Technician (Building Services – Revit Mep)

A well established and well run building services and Sustainability consultancy located in Hertfordshire are looking to appoint a mechanical bias CAD Technician who will be trained in Revit MEP.

You will also be responsible for co-ordinating the mechanical and public health services with the building structure and other MEP services. This will include all ventilation systems, heating and air conditioning and cooling systems, water services and above ground drainage.

The ideal MEP CAD Technician will have a minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role, be able to contribute to maintaining CAD standards and be able to use CadDuct or AutoCAD. As the role develops you will also have the opportunity of providing basic assistance to the mechanical engineers in the way of duct, plant and pipe sizing and also assist in producing heat loss and heat gain calculations.
