My client are an innovative medium sized consultancy; the leader in our field, specializing in Software Quality Management.

Currently they are looking to augment their team to evolve their existing portfolio of products that are being used by a growing number of some of Europe’s largest private and public sector organisations.

We need to hire a highly capable and innovative C# Software Developer, with an ambitious nature and an enquiring, logical mind to become a key programmer for new developments around our bespoke Test Automation Software.

They seek a C# Software Developer with knowledge of building robust IT applications for the enterprise market and can take them from concept to reality using their software engineering know how to capture our business requirements and develop a test automation product.

The C# Software developer should also be able to document, write and help the Consultancy set up a formal support organisation for its software products. The C# Software Developer ideally would also have some knowledge of Software Quality Management, Release and Testing processes and how this fits into a software delivery environment.

The C# Software Developer would be self-starting, learn quickly and be able to capture the business requirements and translate this into a prototype very quickly. The candidate is expected to be able to present their ideas internally and externally as required.

C# Software Developer must have requirements:

·BSc or higher in Computing/Software Engineering or an academic discipline

·Excellent verbal and written communication

·Two years or more experience in commercial software development

·Experience-appropriate knowledge and skill in programming with C#, which will include SOLID principles, LINQ and enterprise application patterns

·Demonstrable ability to learn and use new technical skills

·Able to travel from time to time

Additional Preferred Requirements:

·WPF user interface development and solid comprehension of the MVVM pattern

·Asynchronous programming experience

·Agile development practices

·Strong unit and system testing skills

·Knowledge of application software testing

·Knowledge of enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, etc.
