Location: Wartnaby, Melton Mowbray (LE14 3HQ)
Salary: circa £26,000 – £48,000negotiable DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00

We are at an exciting stage where we are building new products for the web, mobile and cloud while continuing to enhance our core desktop Client/Server applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and help with the growth of a well-established, profitable, small company as an integral part of the team. Your experience and innovation will contribute significantly to the expansion of the business from our countryside Business Park offices.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience developing business applications for the web, mobile and cloud
• Be capable of working on their own initiative as well as part of a team
• Use their own imagination to help deliver the best products for our customers
• Have the ability to think “outside the box”
• Be a team player, with the desire to help grow and mature the business and relationships
• Have expertise in C# / Javascript
• Have fluency in SQL and asp.net
• Have the ability to develop in a number of media’s and happy to do so

Responsibilities:

• Working autonomously on individual projects
• Collaborating as part of a team to deliver larger projects
• Assisting in the development of initial functional design specifications
• Full software development lifecycle

Our systems are designed to integrate seamlessly with client’s current set up, from importing employees’ records to exporting payroll to packages such as SAGE and Pegasus.

We have time and attendance systems installed in offices, factories, construction sites, hotel chains, retail outlets and nursing homes.
