Business Transformation Analyst

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Pratap is working with a leading business in Leeds city centre to recruit a Business Change Analyst to work in their team. The role will work with both UK and overseas sites to develop and achieve the company strategy including major business projects and new market penetration.

THE JOB:

Your role in Business Transformation will be to identify potential business improvements within the UK to the Leadership team in respect of processes and supporting systems for management of existing market segments.

You will be involved in the preparation, management and delivery of business cases for business improvement projects.

You will also ensure end to end process documents and operational guides are updates in preparation for business change and adhere to all internal processes and frameworks.

You will be educated to degree level or have a business change qualification and have had experience of identifying and implementing business improvements demonstrating the ability to influence and motivate and any previous experience working in the B2B markets would be ideal. Experience of system specification, testing, training and implementation would also be preferable.
