A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Immigration Paralegal to join an international law firm.
You will be managing corporate accounts ensuring that quality advice and support is provided through the UK points based system. You will need to be able to work independently using your own initiative, as well as working well within in a team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong business immigration experience to develop a career in a highly regarded firm.
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
-Provide advice & guidance to a range of blue chip organisations regarding UK immigration compliance
-Building relationships with new and existing clients
-Give support and guidance regarding the points based system
-Provide help & support to Solicitors regarding the UK & Global immigration matters
The Person:
You will have all round immigration experience and be able to provide advice with current UK legislation regarding the points based system.
Experience processing various tier applications is essential.
You will need to demonstrate previous experience of developing strong client relationships.
Strong academics in the legal field would be highly advantageous.
Chinese language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
