Basic Salary: £36,000 – £42,000OTE: £45,000k Company Car + Mobile/Laptop

The Role: A superb opportunity for a business development manager to sell motor finance services and solutions to clients across Scotland. You will be selling vehicle finance and insurance packages into motor dealers, negotiating with dealer principles, sales managers and sales staff. Purely managing existing accounts, the new business development manager will be up selling and working to KPIs around finance, insurance, new and used penetration.

This company is an expanding business, growing year on year and has a workforce of over 600 across the UK and Ireland. They now seek a new Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands, as a result of expansion.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Strong field sales skills
You will ideally have sold to motor dealerships
The ability to train and influence at multiple levels is important
