Business Development Manager – Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Business development of a 10 customers that are currently spending
  • Managing incoming and outgoing customer requests – with the ability to manage multiple requests and orders
  • Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Drive the sale of products and services of the group into new customers
  • Learn to prospect and qualify accounts completely, to effectively ‘land and expand’ accounts
  • Develop and grow a customer base and effectively offer outstanding customer service
  • Handling / delegating technical queries to increase knowledge
  • Ensuring all new accounts are kept updated on all the groups products and services
  • Develop your own levels of expertise both technically and commercially
  • Working closely with an internal sales specialist
  • Targets will be aligned to what customers are allocated to you
