Solid Recruitment Solutions are very proud to be assisting a high regarded organisation and an expert in their field recruit a new Business Development Executive. The role is working 30 mins outside of Chichester (North) Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 6.00 and Friday 8.30 – 5.00. Salary is a basic of £22k £24k DOE with great realistic earning potential up to circa £36k – £38k+ OTE per annum; this is uncapped.

Primary Role:

  • To make outgoing sales calls to qualify and sell company’s entire range of solutions, services, and products.
  • To process incoming enquiries, advising upon and selling the products and services.
  • To fulfil and exceed agreed individual for revenue and call volumes.
  • Provide excellent customer care and display a positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude at all times.

Responsible for:

  • To achieve specific sales targets each week
  • To maintain agreed call volumes each week
  • To maintain regular contact with existing customers to secure repeat orders and achieve new bookings
  • To process incoming enquiries and bookings, to maximise revenues and exploit every sales opportunity
  • To call leads and prospects as agreed with colleagues and the Team Leader
  • Sell delegate places as agreed on a weekly basis according to workshop attendance levels
  • To maintain and update the client and prospect database at every possible opportunity
  • To work with the Co-ordinator, Sales Support and Administration colleagues to minimise potential queries and streamline the sales and product delivery processes
  • Fulfil administration and database systems as required and agreed
