Business Development Advisor

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

If so, we have 3 brand new opportunities as Business Development Advisors in our growing team who specialise in live web chats with our Brokers.

We have a hybrid working model, where you can work 2 days from home if you wish, with the rest of your time being flexibly based at our brand new, sustainable head office in Leeds city centre, just 5 minutes’ walk from the train station where you get free tea and coffee every day!

About the role

As a Business Development Advisor you will deliver an exceptional live chat service to our Brokers, achieving targets and maximising sales and relationship opportunities.

You will:

• To communicate effectively and clear in a fast paced written medium
• Drive conversations responding with the right information to ensure queries are resolved accurately and efficiently.
• To multi task effectively- to handle multiple chats at the same time
• Achieve KPI’s across a range of quality and quantity measures.
• To act as an expert/ SME in criteria knowledge and case submission.
• Be responsible for updating and maintaining the criteria sourcing systems, ensuring all criteria is accurate and up to date

What will you bring to the role?

• Proven track record of high performance delivery.
• Strong written communication skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fact paced environment.
• High energy, drive and enthusiasm.
• Financial Services experience or experience within the Intermediary Market is desirable.
• Strong computer skills.
