Experienced Business Analyst required for a Telecommunications consultancy based in West London.

DP Connect are working with a fast growing, highly innovative provider of Next Generation OSS software products and solutions to mobile network operators around the world. The company products support telecommunications service providers’ processes such as maintaining network inventory, provisioning services, configuring network components and managing faults.

To be considered for the role the Business Analyst requires 5-10 years experience working as a Business Analyst, and have a strong background with requirements analysis and writing.

This Business Analyst role requires a Business Analyst who can do frequent travel throughout the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Region – up to 60%

The successful Business Analyst will be working on customer projects to lead the work required to capture customer detailed requirements for our client’s software product integration and/or software customisation and will be responsible for capturing and documenting detailed requirements on customer projects through interviews and workshops. As such the Business Analyst will likely be on site with the customer in 2 week blocks.

The Business Analyst role will cover the OSS domain: network inventory, planning, data interfacing requirements, business processes mapping and the successful Business Analyst will need to understand the OSS stack for telecommunications operators.

The Business Analyst is as follows and will need the following skills and experience:

* Work with design and development teams to ensure requirements are understood
* Review acceptance documentation to ensure requirements coverage
* Work with project manager for project scoping and work estimation
* Work with product management to understand product capabilities and analyse gaps
* OSS domain in the telecommunication networks
* Experience in Business Process Modelling and Workflow
* Some experience in Transmission network
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good English writing skills
* Ability to prioritise requirements
