Business Analyst

Business Analyst, process mapping based in Bournemouth, Dorset

Business Analyst required to join a market leading organisation based in central Bournemouth, Dorset, to perform the Business Analyst role in the design and delivery of business change
Some UK travel will be required (driving licence required)

As a Business Analyst you will work with stakeholders at all levels to deliver the most effective solutions to business change and problems.
You will analyse and help justify improvements and new developments in processes and systems across the organisation. This can range from incremental process and system changes to enterprise wide, transformation activities.
You’ll need to understand and select the most appropriate tools and techniques required to achieve specific goals during the change process and deliver required outputs (e.g. Business Requirements, User Requirements, Process Maps and Process Definitions) to the necessary quality and timeliness standards while constantly identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

The main skills required are:

– Business Analysis experience – Requirements gathering, Process mapping, Business Cases
– Process mapping using TIBCO Nimbus and/or Visio
– Strong track record of delivery in transformation and change projects
– Strong understanding of business processes and business process management
– Previous experience facilitating workshops and delivering presentations
– You’ll need excellent communication skills and Stakeholder Management skills
– You’ll ideally have a degree in Business or IT and be qualified in ISEB, BCS or Prince2

This is a permanent role based in Bournemouth.

Salary up to £48,000base + car or car allowance (package up to o £45k) + benefits
