Our client is a Chartered Professional Body in the UK dedicated to developing and promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence.

They are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their team based in Corby. Within this role your main responsibilities will include identifying the business issues and data challenges across all sectors of the business, identifying strengths and weaknesses within business process / operational areas and suggesting opportunities for improvement. You will be involved in reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions. You will also be expected to lead, coordinate conduct or support testing efforts around IT applications, ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. You will work with business users to identify required changes, communicating these to the development team. A key element of this role is to become fully conversant with the main back office CRM system, and provide support and training on that system to business users as required.

The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously, will exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of key business objectives and drivers when solving business problems. You will have an open approach and you will be capable of pushing creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing practices and mindsets when determining solutions and opportunities and you will be able to deliver informative and well organised presentations. A skilled communicator, you will be capable of passing on difficult / sensitive information tactfully and you will possess a good level understanding in the areas of web applications and system design.
