Business Analyst

Salary: £42,000 per year

Exciting new role is being created with this events company to establish a uniformed ‘best practice’ throughout the sales teams across four offices. This exciting organisation has superb offices and offers a really vibrant, busy and collaborative workplace.

The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative, as the role involves monitoring KPI data trends and establishing best practice metrics.

Business Analyst – About The Role

* A key requirement of the role is being able to establish relationships with different levels of management across the globe and be able to effectively conduct meetings, presentations, and training.

* Sales Team – to ensure understanding of sales strategies, objectives, and productivity

* Technology Team – to ensure that the business requirements for effective sales management are communicated clearly to the technology team.

* Data Team – effective campaign management

The successful Business Analyst will have

* Ability to assess and agree requirements to ensure clear objectives are defined and effective measures are in place.

* Experience in process modelling to employ a range of tools and techniques to map ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ business processes.

* The ability to establish and develop productive relationships with junior and senior stakeholders, bringing people together to benefit the project.

* Adept at understanding new markets.

* Excellent written and verbal communication.

* Skilled at conceiving, writing & developing marketing, sales, sponsorship, and strategic communication strategies.

* Clear understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
