rthirteen are currently recruiting for a brand new opportunity available within a highly renowned and established organisation. Based in the Norwich city centre, you will play an integral part on the development and reporting of the organisations group business models. You will be able initiate strategic debates on financial performance and be able to identify opportunities for
further expansion. This is a permanent full time role, working for a leading organisation within their field.

As Business Analyst, your duties will include:

  • Support the exploitation of income generating opportunities through the preparation of business plans.
  • Monitoring overall performance of group activities; making relevant recommendations.
  • Critically examine cost and processes, identifying areas for greater value for money, how
    this can be achieved and offering support in strategic decision making.
  • Working collaboratively with the Finance Team, seeking and giving assistance as
    required.
  • Support business solutions, including business planning, providing estimates, costing’s
    and financial assumptions for strategic projects.
  • Provide detailed analysis of business models and activity, report writing.
  • Building internal relationships with senior management and management teams.
  • Undertake other duties as requested by the Director of Finance.

You will have:

  • Full AAT and / or Part CIMA / ACCA / ACA
  • Advanced Excel skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
  • Experience of Accounting Package(s).
  • Strong communication and presentations skills, verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical mind-set, with experience in developing systems.
  • Ambition and innovation with the ability to challenge / introduce new ways of working.
  • The ability to work collaboratively, including engaging / influencing peers.

This is a permanent role; salary is dependant on experience and overall suitability c£39,600 – £43,800 + healthy benefits package. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
