One of the UK’s leading construction consultancies is looking for a nearly chartered building surveyor to join their expanding team of professional.

The Nearly Chartered Building Surveyor will work on a range of commercial, and refurbishment projects and will be completing a range of traditional and project based building surveying duties including;

* Project management and contract administration
* Dilapidation and condition surveys
* Defect Analysis
* Design and Specification

This is an excellent opportunity for a nearly chartered building surveyor to rapidly progress within their career, become chartered with first class support and APC structure, and work on a range of exciting projects all whilst learning new skills. The nearly Chartered Building surveyor will work on a wide variety of projects including;

* Converting a 16th century hospital into a public house/nightclub
* Feasibility study for the replacement of electrical services to a town hall
* Planned maintenance of primary schools
* Acting as contract administrator

The Right Nearly Chartered Building Surveyor will have experience in a similar position and also be;

* Close to becoming chartered (MRICS)
* Looking for the opportunity to progress within a company
* Have a full driving license with access to a vehicle, as some travel may be required
* Be client facing and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Chartered Building Surveyor will be gifted with a generous salary of between £33,600 – £42,000and £35,000 dependant on experience, along with a full benefits package.
