Team Leader – Associate Building Surveyor

Salary: £56,400 – £66,000 per year

Our client are an established well known Multidisciplinary Consultancy ( quantity surveying, project management, building surveying) with offices across the UK.

They are seeking to establish and grow a team from their offices in Cambridge and are seeking a Team Leader – Chartered Building Surveyor for a new Education sector.

Requirements for the Team Leader- Building Surveyor

* You will be an established Chartered Building Surveyor with experience of the Education Sector – Schools/ Colleges/Universities.

* You will have experience managing and mentoring – The aim of the role is to grow a team in the Cambridge office, so you will have experience of managing and growing a team of Building Surveyors

* You will be qualified – A degree in Building Surveying and Chartered MRICS status.

* This client are looking to future proof their organisation so they are seeking someone who would like to progress with their organisation for a number of years to come.

Salary & Benefits for the Team Leader – Building Surveyor

Salary will be dependent upon experience, but the Team Leader – Chartered Building Surveyor can expect circa

£47,000 – £55,000 plus benefits
