The Role

You will be able to work with minimum supervision as part of a team that manages the Statutory maintenance and responsive repairs service delivery via several framework contracts. Small design work to provide project support for a team of building surveyors also forms part of the duties, as does provision of technical site supervision for larger mechanical projects to seamlessly fit into overall multi discipline schemes and ensure compliance with the company and client’s standards. You will help the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery of an efficient service are met. You will be required to continually further your knowledge to keep abreast of current market trends with emphasis on relevant software and British Standards amendments.

Assist the Mechanical Building Services Engineering team by producing design layouts utilising the relevant software calculation packages and be responsible for the collation of information relating to the project.

The Role

Key responsibilities are:

– Manage statutory compliance across a large portfolio of public buildings and schools
– Liaison with colleagues, clients and development of a brief
– Ensure work is completed in timely manner to keep within project budgets
– Engage with Architects, Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure mutual understanding of project requirements.
– Keep up to date with current market trends
– Apply Company Health and Safety Policy
– Participate actively in the Performance Agreement Process
– Carry out other duties as required
