Location: Coventry
Salary: £30,000 – £32,400p.a. + company benefits

Are you an experienced building services engineer?
Do you want to work for a reputable and growing organisation?

My client is a FTSE 250 business providing facilities management service for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They have revenues in excess of £2bn and a reputation for being the best in their industry.

Duties and responsibilities will include, carrying out general building maintenance work including:
* Plumbing
* Minor electric work
* Minor mechanical work
* Carpentry
* Lighting
* Basic fabric repairs

You will have:
* A relevant qualification in your chose discipline would be desirable, but not
essential
* A background in commercial building maintenance
* Mechanically bias
* Plumbing experience
