Building Maintenance Technician

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our Client who is a leading Commercial Maintenance & BMS provider in the South East. The role will entail being mobile, carrying out reactive & pre-planned maintenance on a range of Commercial premises in London.

Applicants must have the following:

– Full driving license with no more than 6 points
– Previous commercial maintenance experience
– Basic knowledge of BMS & HVAC
– Basic commercial plumbing knowledge (temp checks, legionnaires)
– Basic commercial electrical knowledge
– Able to work from own initiative and be excellent customer facing Engineers
