Are you an experienced Building Manager / Facilities Manager with a passion for delivery a high quality service? Do you have experience managing a high profile / flagship site? This multi-tenanted building in the City houses some high profile tenants who expect an exceptional service from their building management team.

The Building Manager / Facilities Manager will be the point of contact on site for the client and tenants, they will be fully responsible for total FM (both hard and soft services) and ensure compliance with all H&S regulations.

You will have previous experience managing a single site and be NEBOSH or IOSH qualified, have good H&S experience and have experience leading an onsite team.

As property and facilities specialists, we are always interested in hearing from
MBIFM / IOSH / NEBOSH qualified Facilities Managers with service charge
budgeting experience.
