Building Compliance & Contracts Manager (Remote)

Salary: £360 per day

James Stevens Associates are delighted to be working with a commercial and very agile Housing Association on an Interim Building Compliance / Contract Manager position:

• Remote Opportunity
• £300 a day inside IR35
• 6 months 

Building Compliance & Contracts Manager (Remote) role:

• Housing Compliance Contracts Management
• To be responsible for the monitoring of Fire, Asbestos & Legionella.
• Working with the Building safety team, contractors and other key stakeholders.
• This position will be fundamental in contract meetings and will lead on audits for compliance inspections and delivery quality standards are met, and management actions are prioritised.
• To provide guidance and advice to support the Building safety & Asset lead in reviewing practices to identify areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery

Building Compliance & Contracts Manager (Remote) Must Have:

• Team management experience
• Recognisable Compliance Certification
• Excellent communicator 
• Strong track record of delivery and turnaround
