Description

This Brand Manager opportunity is a real unique mixture of commercially and core Brand Manager principles. This person will be given full responsibility for the development of brand plans and UK strategy for two key brands within their flavourful portfolio. They will be responsible for the full mix of commercial ownership in terms of budgetary and A&P spend. This person will also have line management responsibility for a product manager.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

* Brand strategy
* Commercial management
* Line management of a junior product manager
* ATL & BTL implementation
* Agency management from briefing through to review

Profile

For the role of Brand Manager, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

* Marketing responsibilities gained within FMCG
* Brand Management background, preferably within food
* Strong track record within ATL & BTL development
* Line management track record is beneficial
* Degree educated
* Track record of ownership of P&L
* Ability to commute to Slough

Job Offer

For the role of Brand Manager, a basic salary of between £48,000 and £60,000 is on offer, with additional benefits such as Healthcare, pension and bonus also being present.
