Branch Sales Assistant – 00310819
Location: Birmingham B24
ADI are seeking a talented Branch Assistant to become a key member of a successful team in our Birmingham Branch.
You will be working in a team focusing on achieving sales targets by providing first class service to our customers both in branch and on the phone.
As a face of ADI Birmingham, your day to day role will involve working on the trade counter and delivering top quality customer service, processing customer orders and ensuring all opportunities for sales are explored while giving quotations.

* Do you have previous sales experience coupled with a real passion for delivering excellent customer service?
* Good general IT skills? (we use SAP in our branch network, however experience on any sales order processing system would be useful)
If your background has involved exposure in a trade counter environment or you have gained knowledge of electronic security or electrical wholesale this would also be beneficial.
