Who is looking and Why?
A very well known Industrial, Aviation and Commercial recruitment agency based in Heathrow are looking for an outstanding Branch Manager to take over the running of this well established, successful branch. You shall be taking over the current team, developing the client base and in time increasing the consultant headcount in the branch. You will be given full autonomy to run and develop your branch with the full support of an amazing Regional Manager who is highly respected and a proven success driven mentor.
Developing the client base and increasing market share will be pivotal to growing the team over the next 12 months…. The opportunity is huge here, and you will be working with one fabulous Regional Manager who is extremely well known in the market. If you are an experienced Branch Manager this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine and help grow the Heathrow branch into a superhub!
What will you be doing?
You will be at the heart of driving the Heathrow branch forward, there are huge plans for this office to grow!
You must be highly ambitious, hungry and driven, someone who is passionate and leads from the front.
This is a golden opportunity for a top manager to really go for it, with the company vision and massive expansion plans these are exciting times!
What can you bring?
Quite simply you need to be an outstanding branch manager who is used to managing large numbers, a multi-tasker who works well under pressure and has the ability to go and win new business. Ideally 2-3 year’s experience and looking for a company that does not focus on KPI’s; but good old fashioned recruitment. You must be a go getter and ready to grab this amazing opportunity with both hands and run with it!
