Taking the No.1 role in this well established operation, your brief will be to drive forward sales and profitability, whilst ensuring outstanding levels of service to our customer base. This will involve taking full budgetary responsibility, as well as leading, motivating and developing the branch team.

With proven experience in a similar managerial capacity, to include a track record of successful business development, you should possess a sound understanding of P&L accountability, coupled with excellent people management and relationship building skills and a commitment to providing a first class customer service.

Essential:
You must have civil engineering and building supplies experience at Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager level
Driving licence is essential
