Bookkeeper (Practice)

Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

Change Recruitment are currently partnering with a leading independent firm of Chartered Accountants based near Taunton to support with the recruitment of a Bookkeeper to join their firm on a permanent basis.

Our client is highly regarded across the South West due to their pro-active and friendly approach.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
– Complete VAT returns of allocated clients
– Invoice processing
– Payment runs
– General accounts preparation
– Manage all correspondence to clients, tax office, and registrar of companies

You will ideally be AAT Level 4 qualified with experience of working within a Practice setting, however applications will also be considered for candidates possessing the relevant skills / knowledge gained from outside a Practice environment.
