My client a thriving construction company are looking to recruit a Bookkeeper to support the Head of Finance.

You will be working alongside the FD and your duties will entail:

Supporting the Head in day to day finance activities to Trial Balance.

-VAT and CIS Returns/payments

·Purchase ledger – matching/batching, processing invoices, payment runs and supplier statement reconciliation’s.

·Sales ledger – raising sales invoices, credit notes and allocating cash to accounts.

·Credit control – chasing overdue amounts by phone and email, issuing notices of intent of legal proceedings if debt remains unpaid.

·Bank reconciliation.

AD hoc Finance duties

·General admin.

You will need to have extensive Sage experience preferably sage line 50 experience as well as good Excel skills to apply for this role.

AAT qualified Preferred
