Our client is a small and friendly team of accountants and they are looking for a bookkeeper that will have a flexible approach to the role.

Bookkeeping using cloud based software and spreadsheets
Completion of VAT returns.
Helping other staff with basic work on accounts preparation. Other Duties

Operating payroll and CIS for clients. Training can be given to the right candidate.
Manning reception.
Filing and other administration where necessary.
Answering the telephone and dealing with client’s queries.

Experience with Quickbooks and Xero would be a distinct advantage.

AAT level 3-4 isn’t necessary but also an advantage
