Primcura Healthcare is one of Kent’s largest and fastest growing care agencies, providing support to care homes, supported living services, hospitals and hospices throughout Kent. We are a fast paced office team, with an abundance of experience in all departments.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join our ever-growing Agency team. Bookings Coordinators are responsible for a variety of different duties within Primcura Healthcare. Being client and candidate facing allows you to build up strong relationships with both, ensuring all staff are working and all clients are receiving the best possible service. You will be working closely alongside the Recruitment team to ensure all suitable staff coming through the process, have shifts ready for when they are fully compliant.
The Main Duties of a Bookings Coordinator:
– Booking suitable candidates into client vacancies.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients and Staff.
– Meeting candidates at interview stage.
– Spec calls to current and potential clients to ensure all staff are working.
– Strong customer service skills.
– Great Telephone Manner
– Supporting with on call duties – Weekday and Weekend.
What we are looking for:
– A full UK Driving License (Preferred)
– Experience within a similar role is preferred.
– Confident Phone Manner
– Pro activeness
