Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year
Our Client, a main car dealership based in Wembley has an opportunity for a Bodyshop Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy and successful site.
The successful person will take on a duel role as a customer service advisor, seeing customers in, advising on damage and general information on their vehicles, as well as booking their vehicles in to be repaired, along with the administration side of things.
Key Job Areas:
*Builds rapport and qualifies the customer’s requirements
*Agrees the details of the work that is to be carried out
*Co-ordinates the Bodyshop activity to deliver agreed work
*Updates the customer on progress and checks customer satisfaction on completion
*To estimate customer vehicles as and when required
Key success criteria:
* Bodyshop loading (hours booked)
* Parts and accessory sales & margins
* Customer satisfaction
* Customer complaints
* Customer retention (e.g. new sales to existing customers)
Previous automotive body shop / service desk experience is essential as is a well presented individual with class leading customer care skills.
You must also hold a full UK driving license.
