Salary: £36 per annum, plus bonus & commission OTE £48,000 per annum and a company car.

We are looking for a bodyshop Manager to join our busy multi franchise accident repair centre in Epsom. Your responsibilities will be to ensure the efficient operation of the department and ensure that vehicle repairs are delivered to a high standard for the insurance companies and customer expectation, whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

Main Tasks:

• Deals effectively with customers face to face and over the phone
• Prepares accurate and competitive estimates
• Plans and prioritises the workload
• Cover for the estimator and workshop control
• Help ensure we maintain our current PAS 125 / BSI Kite mark.

Desirable:

• ATA VDA and Audatex accreditation would be advantageous.

Ideal candidate

• Have experience within the Automotive industry
• Have had experience with running a Bodyshop
• Have a full current UK driving licence

Salary: £36 per annum, plus bonus & commission OTE £48,000 per annum and a company car.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm on a rota basis.

The dealership is the largest in the Surrey and is situated on a 4 acre site, where we currently employ over 30 car sales executives in our 7 new car Franchises.
