The Role Our client is seeking a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their busy construction desk, focusing on blue collar roles including labourers, groundworkers, tradespeople, and site staff. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven position combining business development , candidate sourcing , and account management . Key

Responsibilities Sourcing and placing blue collar construction workers into temporary and permanent roles Developing new business through outbound calls, client visits, and networking Managing and growing existing client relationships Writing job adverts, screening, and interviewing candidates Filling vacancies efficiently to meet client

requirements Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates Managing bookings, compliance, and worker availability Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets

Requirements Minimum 2 years’

experience within the construction sector (essential) Previous recruitment or sales

experience (highly advantageous) Strong communication and relationship-building
