Job Details
As a billing & charges agent you will be computer literate with the ability to work unattended and be confident in dealing with over 700 partners in handling with their billing & charge queries across a number of the Talk products inc Ethernet, LLU, WLR, CPS.
You will be an excellent communicator, strong internet skill with experience using Microsoft and Email systems, as well as having rapport with partners and leading CPs (Openreach)
Your day to day duties will include all aspects of email queries, validation of statistical data, raising tickets, order queries, invoicing, as well as password provisions and resets and updating various spreadsheets and in house systems.
