Magnetic is working with a highly-regarded private psychiatric hospital near Bradford, they seek a passionate Charge Nurse RMN with excellent communications skills to join the team to provide effective clinical leadership and supervision in the absence of the Ward Manager to a low secure acute ward for patients with challenging mental illnesses and dual diagnosis, ensuring the delivery of high quality nursing from the team and excellent customer care.
The Charge Nurse RMN will effectively run the ward, supporting the day-to-day nursing operations, and promoting a professional working environment. You must have experience organising and managing a team, mentorship (ENB998) or clinical supervision experience, and outstanding clinical knowledge
The successful Charge Nurse RMN will have a strong background in inpatient treatment, and have worked with a range of moderate to severe psychiatric illnesses.
