Bilingual Marketing Executive

Salary: £32,400 – £38,400 per year

Our award winning Global manufacturing company in Arundel have an immediate vacancy for a Bilingual Marketing Executive. 

This is an exciting and varied role covering the entire Marketing mix within a market-leading company with an innovative product.

A well organised, proactive Marketing Assistant required to execute a wide range of marketing activities, under the direction of the Marketing Director. Experienced with social media and email marketing, as well as international marketing, event organisation, SEO and website management. Strong copy writing ability desired. You should be competent with CRM databases and experienced with the Microsoft suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). This is a versatile role within a forward-thinking company with a strong brand which is expanding into new overseas markets.

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role. Most importantly you should have a “can-do” attitude. Fluent German language skills are essential. 

Key Results Areas

·Planning and execution of marketing communications, on and off line

·Creation of email campaigns (MailChimp)

·Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)

·Organisation of events such as trade shows and open days, assistance at events when required

·Website updates and content management (WordPress)

·Copywriting

·Proof reading

·Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in CRM, creation of mailing lists and reports

·Analysis of CRM data for the purpose of segmenting prospects for marketing

·SEO and web analysis including Google Adwords and Analytics (via external agency)

·Target market and competitor research

·Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders

·Ordering and stock control of marketing collateral

·Processing web enquiries

Requirements

·Ability to prioritise and exceptional organisational skills

·Clear, concise and logical verbal and written communication skills

·Fluent user of email/word/excel

·Experience of using the internet for research

·Experience of using CRM software

·Ability to achieve set objectives within given time scales

·Versatile approach and the ability to learn quickly

Desirable

·International Marketing experience

·Experience with Sage CRM

·Experience with MailChimp

·Experience with WordPress CMS

·Experience of HootSuite Social Media Management tool

·Fluency in German language is essential
