Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Salary: £26,400 per year

Rocket Staffing are recruiting for an Experienced Customer Service advisor for our prestigious client based in Rugby.

Position type: Permanent

Start times: Monday – Friday 08:00am -16:00pm then rotates 10:00am – 19:00pm

Salary: £26,400

The right candidate must be Fluent in any of the following: Dutch, Portuguese, French or Italian

Duties will include:

·Answering a high volume of calls

·Dealing with customers’ orders onto system

·Providing online support to customer chats in a timely and professional manner.

·Responding to high volume emails and customer queries.

·Processing customers’ orders taking payments when needed.

·Handling customer warranty queries when required.

The ideal candidate:

· Must be fluent in Dutch, Portuguese, French or Italian

.Strong customer service

·Experience within a face paced environment

·Excellent computer skills

·Familiar with Microsoft Packages

·Ability to multitask and work within deadlines

·Well presented

·Friendly

·Passionate

·Willing to learn

Desired Skills:

NVQ in customer service level 2 or above

Three years minimum experience

Confident with the ability to build rapport with clients
