Bilingual Administrator job Bangor, Gwynedd
Supertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Administrator, Bangor, Gwynedd for up to 6-9 months commencing in January 2014. We are looking for a presentable and efficient individual to work at a busy and reactive office.
Daily duties will include:
· Supporting the telephone, web and email services.
· Supporting the follow up of clients to meeting company reporting requirements.
· General administrative duties
· Participate in company evaluation of service delivery.
· Supporting clients to register on line
· Provision of on-going support for clients sand refer client for support to meet identified needs.
· May also be asked to attend some external client events and provide admin support on the day for these events e.g. taking register of attendees.
To be considered, applicants must have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent administration skills
- Interpersonal communication skills; strong customer services skills both face to face and over the telephone
- Strong organisational skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong level of proficiency with Word and Excel
- The ability to speak and write in Welsh is essential
- Full driving license and own vehicle is highly desirable
This position is a full time role, working Monday to Friday 09:00am – 5:00pm, £10 per hour, for up to 6-9 months (reviewed monthly). Please note that the successful candidate will be considered subject to a DBS check.
