BEHAVIOURAL SUPPORT WORKERS

Waking Nights / Day Shifts

We are looking to recruit energetic and dynamic Behavioural Support Workers who are highly motivated and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should ideally be experienced in the care sector in working with individuals who have complex support needs including learning disability, challenging behaviour and emotionally challenging vulnerable young people or adults. The individuals we support may for a variety of reasons become angry, antagonistic, verbally abusive, physically challenging to themselves or others or a combination of these. Therefore, the nature of the support required can be demanding but rewarding. If you believe you possess a sound value base, believe in the concept of community living for all individuals and have strong self awareness then we would love to hear from you.
