Salary: £26,000 per year

Are you passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives? Empowering Learning are working with a great all through SEND school based in Rugby, that are looking for Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with SEMH.

The school caters for students that have been excluded from mainstream schools, reasons including challenging behaviour and emotion and social difficulties. The school are looking to recruit Behaviour Mentors specialising in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.

You will join a motivated and ambitious SEND team where the leadership is exceptional. The school prides itself on the excellent reputation for educating children and giving them the right skills to either go back into mainstream education, right qualifications to move onto further education or the rights skills to start employment.

The Successful applicant will need:

Recent experience in supporting young people with challenging behaviour – School or care setting (minimum of 6 month)
Positive Mental Attitude
To be enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference
