Due to Empire Initiative’s success and client demand we are looking to expand our presence in the Maidstone area, it is imperative for our commitment to our client that we are able to replicate the success 2013 has shown so far, as we move into the final third of the year we are looking to develop 10 successful brand ambassadors for the client ensuring market exposure is maximised, we are looking to develop individuals to be experts in their field. Daily product training would ensure that up to date product information is transferred to our clients customers ensuring customer retention is remaining as high as the standard set so far in 2013.

Sales Assistant Requirements

• You’ll need to be over 18 years of age and already eligible to work in the UK due to the independent nature of the work
• Have a strong work-ethic and desire to succeed in a self employed role
• You’ll need to be able to travel to and from our office in Maidstone City Centre
• Hardworking and motivated with a great work ethic
• You’ll be representing well-known brands, so you’ll need a professional attitude and professional communication skills

All our sales openings are face to face as we believe we can provide a better service for our clients so we target potential customers where they live, shop and work, through B2B, residential and events, so opening is not based in a office. A strong work ethic and desire to succeed are essential. Successful candidates can earn between £300 and £600 in uncapped commission based earnings in the first month.

In an effort to find the right people to represent our clients and help expand our industry, we routinely invite people to spend a full day in the field observing our sales operations. The day is designed to help the decision-making process and participants do not receive compensation, but they get a chance to see if the opening is best for them.
