Bar Staff – Mersea Outdoors

Bar Staff Required

£26,000 per year

Location: Mersea Centre for Outdoor Learning

Variety of Shifts available including daytime, evening and weekend work

Due to the remote location of this role you must be able to drive, or have suitable travel arrangements.

You must be over 18 years of age to apply for this role.

Mersea Centre for Outdoor Learning is looking for bright enthusiastic bar staff to assist on site. Job duties as follows:

Previous bar experience is desirable.
To ensure exceptional standards of service to all customers
To demonstrate a knowledge of bar facilities
To make sure the bar areas are well presented
To be polite and welcoming to all customers
To support stock rotation
To abide by and enforce the licensing regulations
To deal effectively with customer enquiries
