Waiting & Bar Staff – Heathrow Airport

At the front line of our Restaurant you will have natural enthusiasm for our product and company. You will bring your expertise to the day to day running of the operation, supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing on the job training to ensure the level of service across the restaurant is maintained at the highest standards and the wow factor that precedes this client is maintained. You will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience and ensuring your team are knowledgeable in all aspects of menu, service and our client`s philosophy.

Day to day duties will involve waiting, bar and hosting guests in the restaurant. You`ll provide the personality that is behind making this venue a wow place not only to eat but to work as well. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in restaurant environments managing busy people orientated venues with exceptional guest service and product. A natural enthusiasm for our product, company and a desire to push forward in your career.

PC Literate and Systems/Reconciliation trained.

Be able to demonstrate service and operational experience in busy food and beverage environments with high service levels.

Working airside in the busy Terminal 2 venue you’ll not only have to take on the duties of the role but also be responsible for understanding airside protocol and security. You will take a responsible role ensuring your team adhere to this protocol too.
