Bar Person

This is a bit of a special client with a buzz about them, owned by a well known bespoke group. They are looking for an experienced bar person to join them as they continue to build on whats already a pretty good reputation. Winners of numerous awards and with celebrity endorsement. Here`s a taste of what is involved:

Mixing ingredients to prepare a wide variety of drinks to order
pouring wine and beer. Being friendly and helpful to customers
Collecting payment and operating a cash register
Maintaining a clean working area
Ordering liquor and bar supplies
Performing physical activities relevant to bar keeping
Serving food to customers seated at the bar
Checking age identification

You will need to be physically fit enough to perform the correct lifting of heavy items, and be able to maintain your energy and enthusiasm in an often hectic and buzzing environment. You will also be keen to develop your skills and grow along with our business. You will be part of a friendly but hardworking team, sharing the special ethos of the group
