Bar Manager – New Opening

Salary: £28,800 – £36,000 per year

Bar manager needed for very high quality Food led Pub.
£24,000- £30,000 depending on the candidate

Must be able to commute as no live in.

This is an excellent opportunity for an bubbly character that has Restaurant /Pub management experience within a high quality, ideally award winning Gastro Pub/ Bar / Restaurant/ hotel and would thrive in a quality local and very busy Gastro Pub environment.

The owners background is all very high quality, award winning, multi rosette Properties so this background is ideal

This pub is aiming to be a very a popular food destination pub restaurant and Bar which will serve a vast array of quality ales,wines and spirits. They plan on taking £15-20k a week and serving 100+ covers daily and also have a good local drinkers trade.

As Bar manager you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to give 100% and be a very’ hands on’ supervisor.

As Bar manager you will lead and work within a small Bar team -therefore strong leadership and organisational skills are essential. As Bar manager duties will also include running shifts, doing rotas, stock control and ordering, cellar management

The Bar manager will also run and work in the restaurant side of the business also so restaurant experience is also essential for this role. The Bar manager will ideally also be a personal licence holder although not essential.
You are also required to promote and maintain the reputation of the establishment by ensuring and providing excellent customer care and service.

For this role the ideal Bar manager will have supervisor/ management experience within a quality gastro pub/Hotel /restaurant environment.

This Bar manager role Is a full time, permanent role
