– Providing excellent standards of guest service at Bar G&V

– Welcoming customers into the bar

– Displaying superior menu knowledge on all areas of our unique cocktails, spirits, food, and wine

– Assisting guests with enquiries about our hotel, and providing personal recommendations for activities, dining and everything to see and do within Edinburgh and beyond.

– Being a warm, friendly and supportive colleague to your fellow Bar G&V team members and the wider hotel team.

We are looking for a Bar Floor Waiter/Waitress who wants to take the lead in their future career within Hospitality, who has the qualities to encourage and empower themselves and the hotel team to take ownership and to participate in decisions that affect them and the business. The right person must be a team player who can motivate the team to go beyond the guest expectations and who is able to take and give direction in order to achieve great success within their future with the Rezidor Hotel Group.
