We’re currently looking for a Bank Support Worker to assist our team of Support Workers in Newbury at our Mental Health Scheme. The role will involve regular shift work to cover all of our shifts at our 24 hour project at Fountain Gardens in Newbury

This role would be ideally suited to someone who has some spare time in their week to cover available shifts, sometimes at short notice. The purpose of this role is to provide ad hoc housing related support to vulnerable people who live on the scheme. You will work with our Support Workers to provide a detailed handover of any information from each others shifts. Previous experience as Bank Support Worker or similar role is desirable coupled with a positive attitude, integrity, initiative and an approach to delivering excellent customer service.

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
