Band 3 Medical Admin Assistant

HCL Fairstaff are currently seeking a Band 3 Medical Admin Assistant for the Specialist Foot Service Team at an NHS Hospital based in South East London.

This is a 3 week temporary position to start as soon as possible.
Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm.
£26,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties Include:
– Registering patients and booking/changing appointments on the RIO System.
– Answering the phone and dealing with patient messages.
– Locating patient files, getting notes ready for clinics, scanning patient notes, making up files and filing.

The successful candidate must be helpful, have a good telephone manner, be well presented, able to multi task and have minimum 1 year experience working within a similar role within a Medical environment.
